Who can have dental implants?
Dental implants are suitable for most adults who are in good general health and have healthy gums. They aren’t suitable for children and young people under 18 because the underlying bones are still growing. There is no age limit for dental implant treatment. Implants can be used both for single missing tooth or multiple missing teeth if there is sufficient amount of jawbone to place the implant.

With general anesthesia or the most recent advanced local anesthesia techniques we apply, you will not feel any pain and have a comfortable treatment during implant application. You can return to your normal life with cold compress applied after implant treatment. Pain that may occur in the evening of the implant procedure can be relieved by simple painkillers recommended by our physicians. Many of our patients state that the pain after the procedure is no different from the pain felt after normal tooth extraction.
How long does dental implant treatment take?
In our clinic, it is possible to perform implant treatment in 15 minutes. Total duration may vary depending on the operation to be performed and the tooth – bone structure. Generally, bone – implant union (osteointegration) can be achieved by waiting 2-3 months after the first operation. However, there are different types of implants to reduce this time. With an appropriate operation, it is possible to apply your implant coatings wright away without waiting for 2-3 months. What are the risks of dental implant treatment!
We use implant systems that attach importance to R&D studies as implant brand, have proven their success in the long term, have no problems in terms of technical support and have sufficient options for prosthetic superstructure in our clinic. These features increase the success of implant application. Life of dental implant depends on many factors such as the patient’s systemic condition and oral care. When necessary care is taken, patients can use it for a lifetime without any problems.
Dental implant application via Surgical Guide
Implant placement with surgical guide application is an advantage provided by modern and developing technology. Three-dimensional imaging of the implant site is planned, thus eliminating risks. By means of the developed devices, it is possible to see the final form of the plan made with 3D software in laboratory environment without having to perform the application on the patient.
Implant placement thanks to surgical guides;
Closed surgical method (flap-free surgery) allows implant placement in the right position without pain, with a shorter and reliable (low margin of error) operation without gingival incision.
